Shipping and returns
- For orders with a net value below € 500,00 we charge € 30,00 for order costs and shipping costs according to our shipping table.
- Orders with a net invoice of more than € 500,00 will be delivered free of charge in the Netherlands, including standard packaging.
- The, by us, specified delivery times are optional. We will do our utmost to meet the delivery time strictly but we cannot beheld responsible for late delivery.
- Complaints must be submitted to the sales department by telephone or in writing within 14 days of the date of dispatch. Returns without our prior notice and consent will not be accepted. Returns will be carriage paid to our address, 25% of the invoice amount with a minimum of € 25,00 will be charged. Freight and handling costs will not be credited.
